Well, I haven't posted in a while. Not much to say other than we are just waiting for the referral. Our dossier has been sent down to Guatemala for translation while we wait.
Apparently everyone currently at this stage with our agency is waiting on girls. So, it might be a little longer than the two weeks they had thought(that expires this coming Monday).
So, I just sit back and wait for the phone to ring. As anyone that knows me well is aware, not an easy thing for me to do!!!

Waiting has got to be hard. I'm a little surprised that the demand is so high for girls. I would have thought it'd be the other way around?
Your little bundle will be well worth the wait, though I understand that the waiting must be agonizing. In the meantime, kick your feet up, sit by the pool, have a drink or two and enjoy your sanity while you still have it! (As you can see, I have already lost mine!) -Kim
I've been behind on reading your blog and was shocked to see the huge, huge, huge progress that has been made! Wow! Its too bad you can't track online your wait for referral as you seem to be very intouch with the fed-ex website! :)

I agree w/ Kim, Al, sit by the pool and have a drink or two. Better yet, come up w/ a new drink and we can enjoy it together when I come down!!!!
Is her room ready, or will she be sleeping in a dresser drawer for a while (inside joke from a mutual friend)????
