Easter Bunny

Well, the Easter Bunny visit today went better than Santa, though Gabriella kept trying to get down. They also had a separate area where they took candid shots, so I bought the CD from that. I am a bit disappointed though because a number of them appear to be without flash and they are dark. And some of those are the cutest ones. Arghhhh.

Thank You SBP & 2-Year Checkup

Here's a picture of the great stuff my SBP sent. There is a wonderful cupcake cookbook and Harry & David Truffles for mommy and a cute jumper outfit and Ballerina book(that came with a cute bracelet too!) for Gabriella with a birthday wish. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Gabriella had her 2-Year checkup today. She is 26 1/4 pounds and approximately 33 1/2 inches tall. I say approximately because she was not very cooperative today. She wouldn't stand up against the wall to get measured and was freaking out when I tried to lay her on the table so the nurse could mark the paper and measure her. So, the nurse had to stand back and I wrangled with her enough to mark the paper myself. But, it definitely wasn't very accurate. She wouldn't stand on the scale either and we had to weigh her on the baby scale.

She pretty well freaked about everything(listening to her chest, looking in her ears and mouth) that the Dr. did too. Aye yay. I don't know if she remembers the last time she went to the dr. was when she got burned or what since she was never that bad before. All I can say is thank goodness there were no shots today. I can't imagine having to get her still enough for that.

Birthday Par-Tay Pics

Gabriella had a blast at her birthday party today! The weather was gorgeous and the kids all enjoyed playing outside on her new swingset.

I didn't get a really good picture of her outfit. Her shirt and shorts were Miss Spider and the shirt said "Happy Bug Day".

Notice her mouth in this one? She's saying "Shoes!". She was so excited, she took off the ones she had on and insisted on putting these on.

She was hyped up on so much sugar I was shocked that she actually took a nap after every one left and went to bed with no trouble. She had at least 2 pieces of pizza, 2 juice boxes(and she's never had juice before today), an entire piece of cake, candy and goodness knows what else.

I also want to add that I got a fabulous package in the mail yesterday from my newest Secret Blog Pal. It had some goodies for me and for Gabriella's birthday. I will take pictures and post tomorrow. But, I wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!
